Meaning of karma :-

                                     karma = action

According to the Buddha’s teaching, is in fact nothing more than our own intention. It also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of the individual (effect). while bad intent and bad deeds contribute to bad karma and bad rebirths.

The word Karma has entered the everyday vocabulary. It is embraced by followers of Buddhism, Hinduism and others around the world.

Many karma examples, both good and bad, can be seen in everyday life.

Examples for Good Karma :-

     When a person does something good and that individual's positive actions seem to lead to positive consequences, that can be described as good karma.

     Putting money in a Temple collection plate and coming home from that day's service to find some money you had forgotten you had.

     Sharing extra produce from your vegetable garden with local food bank only to have your garden become even more productive and bountiful.

     A team member who admits and corrects their mistakes is up for a promotion against someone who blames others for their mistakes. The honest person gets the job.

Examples for Bad karma :-

     When a person's negative or unethical behavior seems to result in negative consequences, that can be described as bad karma.

    You will never understand the damage you did to someone until the same thing done to you. That's why I'm here.

My friend steals a cell phone from someone in the Home. Later on, the cell phone is stolen from them.

Destroy karma:-

     It cannot be destroyed.

     It can only be transferred or absorbed.

     You can be the most righteous person in the world but you will still have the Karma of your previous lifetimes.

     To avoid coming back you must become enlightened or find a sage to absorb all of your karma, both good and bad.
